Stay Metro Aparthotels Glasgow may pre-authorise your card with GBP 100 or more per apartment booked.This is carried out before arrival. If using a Visa Electron card, a pre-authorisation will be required at check-in.

Guests must have a valid debit card or credit card with them on arrival at the apartments. Failure to do so, may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in.

VAT receipts are issued upon departure only.

At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the lead guest. The card holder of the card used to guarantee the booking must be presented at check-in. If the card holder is not present, the guest may be refused entry.
